Miguel Medina

Miguel Medina is a technology entrepreneur whose current role is with Latitud, actively supporting the Latin American startup ecosystem. He previously co-founded Isibit, a business travel startup that participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2020 cohort before pivoting to become the flexible perks platform Plerk. Under his leadership, the company successfully raised more than $12 million in venture capital funding prior to its acquisition by the Mexican employee benefits provider Minu.mx. Before launching his own venture, Medina spent over fifteen years operating within the technology sector, serving as an early employee at the Latin American delivery startup Rappi. His earlier corporate career includes various operational and technology roles at major multinational corporations, including Apple. Medina's background centers on scaling high-growth technology startups, developing human resources platforms, and advancing the broader entrepreneurial landscape across Latin America.
