Miguel García Ruiz

Miguel García Ruiz is a Partner at Bridge Latam based in Mexico City, Mexico, where he leads early-stage technology investments across the Latin American region. Prior to this position, he executed venture capital transactions at Dila Capital and 500 Global, following an early professional career in corporate business operations and consulting. Over his decade in tech investing, he has directed more than 20 investments, including early backing of Kavak, an automotive platform that subsequently reached an $8 billion valuation. In the third quarter of 2024, he successfully spearheaded a $50 million fundraise for Bridge Latam, and he recently saw portfolio company Ualá surpass a milestone of 10 million active users. Holding a degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, his current focus centers on capitalizing early-stage fintech, software-as-a-service, and consumer technology enterprises operating throughout the broader Latin American market.
