Mick Liubinskas

Mick Liubinskas is the Managing Director of Antler Australia, based in Sydney, New South Wales, where he leads early-stage venture investments and founder builder programs across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Antler in 2023, he co-founded Startmate, Australia's largest startup accelerator, which managed over $50 million in initial funds before raising an additional $100 million investment vehicle in 2022. Throughout his venture capital career, Liubinskas has executed more than 200 early-stage investments, backing prominent global technology companies such as Canva and Airwallex. The University of Sydney computer science alumnus previously held various operational roles in software product management and technology entrepreneurship before transitioning into institutional investing. His current investment focus centers on supporting early-stage technology founders from ideation through Series A across the software-as-a-service, financial technology, artificial intelligence, and climate technology sectors.
