Michelle Nacouzi

Michelle Nacouzi is a Principal at Northzone, an early-stage venture capital fund investing from the seed to growth stages, and is currently based in Brooklyn, New York. Prior to her current position, she served as a seed and pre-seed investor at Indicator Ventures and worked as a management consultant at the global firm Kearney. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Sciences and Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed the International Baccalaureate program at Université La Sagesse. Her venture capital portfolio includes seed-stage allocations in startups such as Tandem Health, Hidden Door, and Hero Journey Club, alongside a Series A investment in Spring Health. Nacouzi currently focuses on evaluating early-stage companies across the healthcare, financial technology, enterprise productivity, and sustainability sectors within the broader New York entrepreneurial ecosystem.
