Michelle Haven

Michelle Haven is a Senior Advisor and Venture Partner at Anterra Capital based in Boston, Massachusetts. She recently joined the venture capital firm to lead strategic initiatives and support portfolio companies as part of Anterra's expansion into the animal agriculture sector, which followed the extension of its primary investment fund to $200 million. Prior to transitioning into venture capital, Haven built her career holding various leadership positions at the global animal health corporation Zoetis. Her extensive corporate executive experience also includes senior management roles at Nexvet Biopharma, which was acquired by Zoetis in 2017, and Novartis Animal Health, which was subsequently purchased by Elanco in 2015. Today, Haven leverages her deep operational expertise in the global animal health sector to evaluate emerging agtech investment opportunities across precision agriculture, biological inputs, alternative proteins, and supply chain optimization.
