Michelle Aguinis

Michelle Aguinis is a Principal at the Menlo Inception Fund and the Head of Strategy and Operations at Menlo Labs. She joined Menlo Ventures in 2020 as a founding team member of the Inception Fund, where she specializes in incubating and launching early-stage technology companies. In her current capacity, she leads the firm's fellowship programs for entrepreneurs and provides direct operational support to founders. Previously, Aguinis worked as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, advising Fortune 500 clients across the technology, financial services, and consumer products sectors. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated as valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Technology Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Her professional background centers on leveraging her strategic consulting expertise to accelerate the growth of early-stage technology ventures.
