Michele Faissola

Michele Faissola is the Managing Partner at 212 Ventures, a New York-based venture capital firm, and is currently based in London, United Kingdom. Before assuming this leadership position in May 2023, he served as a Partner at Elaia Partners from 2016 to 2022. He previously worked as a Senior Investment Director at Bpifrance and held corporate advisory roles after earning a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Paris. Over his two-decade career, Faissola has managed more than €200 million in capital across a portfolio of over 20 early-stage companies. His historical investments include backing notable technology startups such as the unicorn Shift Technology and various artificial intelligence platforms. He currently focuses on bridging European innovation with global markets by directing seed and Series A investments across the transatlantic fintech, insurtech, and deep tech sectors.
