Michela Grimaldi

Michela Grimaldi is an Analyst at the agrifood-focused venture capital fund To Seed, currently based in Italy. Previously, she served as an Investment Associate at Calm/Storm Ventures in Berlin, working alongside Founding Partner Lucanus Polagnoli to evaluate early-stage digital health and wellbeing startups. During her tenure at Calm/Storm, the firm executed seed investments in healthcare technology companies including Nolea Health and Medwise.ai in early 2023. Before entering the venture capital industry, Grimaldi gained operational experience across six different countries, holding roles at a Berlin-based healthcare company builder and a market research firm in Buenos Aires. She earned a Master's Degree in Finance and the Internet of Things from ESCP Business School. Her current investment focus centers on early-stage agritech and food technology startups, building upon her broader background in digital health and international startup operations.
