Michel Taride

Michel Taride is currently a Strategic Advisor to Idate Digiworld, a European digital economy think tank, where he focuses on Smart Cities initiatives and technological integration. He previously spent over 38 years operating within the global car rental and mobility sectors, ultimately culminating in his executive tenure as the Group President of Hertz International. Throughout his extensive corporate career at the organization, Taride steadily advanced through various senior leadership positions encompassing daily operations, commercial management, regional country leadership, and broad divisional oversight. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Faculte de Droit et Sciences Economiques de Nice and is also actively involved with the mobility innovation center DriveTLV. Today, Taride leverages his nearly four decades of executive management experience to support ongoing business transformation initiatives across the international travel, transportation, and mobility industries.
