Michal Natora

Michal Natora is the Senior Investment Director of Industrial IT and Robotics at Emerald Technology Ventures, based in Zurich, Switzerland. In this capacity, he manages sourcing, due diligence, and open innovation services for corporate investors, recently contributing to the first €60 million close of Emerald's Global Water Fund II, which targets up to €180 million. This fund includes commitments from prominent corporate limited partners such as Ecolab, Veralto, and Occidental Petroleum. Prior to joining Emerald, Natora worked as a consultant at Daimler, where he managed software quality for electronic control units, and served as a research scientist specializing in machine learning at TU Berlin. He holds a doctorate from TU Berlin and a physics diploma from ETH Zurich. His career centers on leveraging his technical expertise in signal processing to evaluate emerging industrial automation and robotics technologies.
