Michal Drayman

Michal Drayman is a Venture Partner at the JVP Foodtech Impact Fund LP, the agriculture investment arm of Jerusalem Venture Partners, based in Jerusalem, Israel. Before assuming this position in 2021, she served as a Partner at JVP from 2014 to 2023 and spent nine years as Chief Financial Officer at European High Tech Capital. Earlier in her career, she held financial leadership roles over a decade at Lumenis Ltd., culminating as Vice President of Finance for the Americas from 2001 to 2004. She maintains an extensive portfolio of corporate governance roles, currently serving on the boards of Perion Network Ltd. and Meshek Energy, following a directorship at REE Automotive that concluded in March 2025. Drayman leverages her academic foundation in economics to guide financial strategy and board governance across the Israeli foodtech, agtech, and healthcare sectors.
