Michael Jelinske

Michael Jelinske is the Director of Investments at LeapFrog Investments, where he serves as a key member of the global healthcare investment team. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has led deal execution and value-creation initiatives across Asia and Africa, including the acquisition of Goodlife Pharmacies and a 2020 investment in MedGenome, where he serves as a board member. Previously, he worked as a Principal at Open Capital Advisors and executed middle-market private equity transactions at RoundTable Healthcare Partners. He began his financial career in healthcare investment banking at Oppenheimer & Co., managing mergers and acquisitions, before earning an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Jelinske currently focuses on deploying capital into innovative healthcare companies operating within emerging global growth markets.
