Michael Skok

Michael Skok is the Boston, Massachusetts-based Founding Partner Emeritus at Underscore VC, an early-stage venture capital firm he co-founded in 2015. Prior to his transition into venture capital, he spent 21 years building enterprise software businesses, notably founding AlphaBlox, which was acquired by IBM, and leading operations at Symantec UK. During his previous tenure as an investor at North Bridge Venture Partners, Skok directed capital toward disruptive technologies and held board positions at major software enterprises, including Acquia and Demandware, which was acquired by Salesforce. In addition to his corporate board service, he has spent over 10 years teaching and mentoring student entrepreneurs at Harvard University through his Startup Secrets curriculum.
