Michael Roualet

Michael Roualet is a Principal at Godspeed Capital, a private equity firm focused on organic and inorganic growth strategies within the lower middle-market defense, government services, and technology sectors. Leveraging over ten years of industry experience, he is responsible for evaluating, conducting due diligence, and executing new investment opportunities while working closely with portfolio companies on their implementation strategy. Roualet previously served as a Vice President at Enlightenment Capital, where he focused on executing control and minority investments across middle-market defense and government enterprises. Before transitioning to private equity, he worked as a Vice President at Baird advising on mergers and acquisitions in the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors, having initially begun his career in advisory at Macquarie Capital. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
