Michael Puzrakov is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Intellias, a software development and IT services company based in Lviv, Ukraine. With over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation, he leads the firm's corporate governance and global growth strategy alongside his business partner Vitaly Sedler. Under his leadership, Intellias recently expanded its United States footprint by acquiring C2 Solutions, a technology services firm focused on digital health and medical devices. Beyond his primary executive duties, Puzrakov serves as a supervisory board member for the Lviv IT Cluster and is a founding member of Lviv Tech Angels. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv between 1994 and 1999. His current professional focus centers on capital allocation, scaling enterprise software operations, and providing angel investments to early-stage technology startups.
