Michael Pimental

Michael Pimental is the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at Salon Lofts, where he leads strategic initiatives and oversees all aspects of inorganic growth. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Heartland Dental, managing a 35-person team focused on acquisitions and corporate ventures. Pimental previously held senior leadership positions at CVS Health, where he played a key role in the company's $78 billion acquisition of Aetna. During his tenure, he also founded and served as a Partner at CVS Health Ventures, launching a $100 million fund in 2021 that invested in more than 20 digital health startups, including Unite Us and LumiraDx.
