Michael Moniz

Michael Moniz is a Managing Director at Paladin Capital Group and the CEO of Circadence, based in Boulder, United States. He originally co-founded the online gaming company VR-1 Inc. in 1993, serving as president in 1996 and CEO in 1999 before transitioning the firm into the network optimization provider Circadence in 2000. Under his executive leadership, Circadence successfully secured the number one ranking on the 2008 Deloitte Fast 50 list. Moniz previously worked as a Managing Director at Sage Canyon Advisors and served as Chairman of the board at ClearCube Technology. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 79 certifications and maintains active board positions with nonprofit organizations including the Outdoor Foundation and the National Defense University Foundation.
