Michael Moe

Michael Moe is the Founder and CEO of GSV, an advisor at GSV Ventures, and the CEO of Class Acceleration Corp., based in Silicon Valley. Prior to establishing his current investment platform, the CFA charterholder served as the Head of Global Growth Research at Merrill Lynch and operated as the Founder and CEO of ThinkEquity Partners LLC between 2001 and 2008. Through GSV Ventures, which has raised dedicated funds of $97 million and $180 million, he has directed investments into prominent consumer and enterprise technology companies including Facebook, Spotify, and Coursera. Additionally, he co-founded the ASU+GSV Summit in partnership with Arizona State University, scaling the annual education technology conference to host more than 15,000 attendees. Today, Moe maintains a primary investment focus on scaling growth-stage enterprises within the digital learning and education technology sectors.
