Michael Melikian

Michael Melikian is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of 305 Ventures, an early-stage venture capital investment firm based in Miami, Florida. He established the firm in 2021 alongside co-founder Joey Levy to deploy a $5 million fund targeting pre-seed and seed-stage technology startups. Under his leadership, the firm writes initial checks ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 and has built a portfolio of over 65 companies, including recognized brands like Betr and Ketone-IQ. Prior to his transition into institutional venture capital, Melikian served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of California-based medical retail business Mel-Pharm Inc. and operated as an active angel investor, completing 16 personal startup investments. His current investment focus centers on supporting the emerging Miami technology ecosystem across diverse sectors such as financial technology, artificial intelligence, and health technology solutions.
