Michael Mealling

Michael Mealling is a General Partner at Starbridge Venture Capital and is currently based in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. Prior to his current venture capital role, he co-founded Masten Space Systems, an aerospace manufacturer that completed over 600 successful vertical takeoff and landing rocket flights before being acquired by Astrobotic Technology in 2022. He previously served as a senior software systems architect and spent several years contributing to early internet architecture through the Internet Engineering Task Force. Mealling holds a Master of Business Administration in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has authored or co-authored more than 20 technical documents defining core web standards. His professional background combines foundational internet infrastructure development with strategic early-stage financial investments across the commercial space and advanced technology sectors.
