Michael McMahon

Michael McMahon is the Co-Founder and Partner at Jump Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm, and is currently based in Denver, Colorado. Before establishing the investment firm in June 2012, he spent over a decade at GE Capital, where he held multiple executive leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer of Rail Services and Vice President of Finance for Card Services. At Jump Capital, he recently helped close the firm's $350 million seventh venture fund to back emerging technology founders across various sectors. McMahon actively serves on the board of directors for several notable portfolio companies, including enterprise software development companies Workera and LogicGate. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University. Today, his primary investment focus centers on enterprise software-as-a-service, financial technology, artificial intelligence applications, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
