Michael McArdle

Michael McArdle is a Partner and the Head of IR Marketing, Diligence, and Operations at Bain Capital. In this capacity, he leads the firmwide investor relations marketing and diligence teams, supporting fundraising initiatives and comprehensive investor reporting across the organization's investment platforms. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he served as the Director of Finance at Atlas Venture and worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. Earlier in his career, he cofounded and acted as the Chief Operating Officer of a software development firm specializing in web-based database systems. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Boston College. His professional background centers on optimizing investor relations, operational diligence, and financial strategy within the private equity and venture capital sectors.
