Michael Mangini

Michael Mangini is the Partner and Head of Talent at SignalFire, a multi-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California. Since joining the firm in April 2016, he has directed both the executive and technical talent teams to develop strategic leadership relationships across the broader technology sector. Prior to joining SignalFire, Mangini served as an Executive Recruiter at Facebook from 2015 to 2016 and was a Partner at True Search between 2013 and 2015, where he focused exclusively on executive placements for venture-backed technology companies. Earlier in his career, he founded National Sports Exchange, a fantasy sports company that was acquired by ProTrade and subsequently purchased by Yahoo. His current professional focus centers on scaling executive talent acquisition frameworks for early-stage technology startups while expanding SignalFire's investments in the health and life sciences sectors.
