Michael Lustig is a Manhattan-based Scout at HOF Capital and serves as a board member for technology companies including Hopr AI, Jiritsu Network, and NatureGrowth. Prior to his current advisory roles, he spent over twenty-five years in the financial sector, most notably as a Managing Director at BlackRock where he oversaw Structured Mortgage and Derivative Products trading and advised on Federal Reserve assets during the Global Financial Crisis. A graduate of Columbia University, he currently teaches fixed income, capital markets, and impact finance as an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Stern School of Business. He also holds trustee positions at several non-profit organizations, including the Baron de Hirsch Fund, the Jewish Funders Network, and the Taub Center for Social Policy Studies.
