Michael Litt

Michael Litt is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vidyard and a General Partner at Garage Capital, currently based in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. At Vidyard, an enterprise video platform he launched through Y Combinator in 2011, he has scaled the organization to over 200 employees and secured approximately $85 million in venture funding from institutional investors. Concurrently, he manages Garage Capital, a seed-stage venture fund with roughly $50 million in assets under management that has backed more than 85 early-stage technology startups. The University of Waterloo systems engineering alumnus also serves as a board member for Communitech and has personally completed 25 angel investments across the broader Canadian tech ecosystem. His current focus remains on expanding enterprise video analytics software while providing strategic capital to regional technology companies seeking operational expansion into the Silicon Valley market.
