Michael Kronovet

Michael Kronovet is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Saffron Health, an artificial intelligence-powered care coordination platform based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In November 2025, the startup emerged from a ten-month stealth period to announce a $6 million seed funding round backed by Amplify Partners and founders from Twitter and Pinterest. Before establishing Saffron Health, he served as a Technical Lead at Palantir Technologies, where he oversaw data science initiatives for the United States State Department. His earlier professional experience includes positions as a Machine Learning Engineer at Foundry.ai and a Bioinformatics Engineering Intern at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, following his graduation from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in statistics and machine learning. Kronovet currently focuses on leveraging his technical background to automate specialist referrals and improve operational efficiency within the primary care sector.
