Michael Ioffe is the Boston-based Co-founder and CEO of Arist, an AI-powered enterprise learning platform that delivers instructional content directly through messaging applications and SMS. Before launching Arist, he founded TILE.org at age 15, scaling the entrepreneurship education nonprofit to reach 500 cities across 50 countries by the time he was 18. He subsequently dropped out of Babson College to accept a Thiel Fellowship and develop text-based learning solutions originally inspired by severe educational constraints in conflict zones like Yemen. Under his leadership, Arist has raised over $16 million in venture funding and deployed its software to major organizations including Microsoft, Amazon, and the World Health Organization. As one of the youngest chief executives in his sector, Ioffe remains focused on integrating large language models into enterprise training to improve accessibility and learning within the flow of work.
