Michael Edelstein is the Managing Director of Customer Success at WestCap, where he leads the firm's Customer Success Advisory Practice for its portfolio companies. With over 25 years of experience in the enterprise SaaS sector, he previously built and scaled customer success teams at major technology corporations, including Salesforce and Thomson Reuters. During his tenure at these organizations, he managed multi-million-dollar training and retention initiatives while designing customer success frameworks from their nascent stages to full enterprise scale. In addition to his corporate roles, he serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco Graduate School of Management and is a founding member of its Customer Success Advisory Board. His current focus centers on advising portfolio companies on strategies to optimize the customer journey, drive user adoption, and maximize long-term revenue retention.
