Michael Dixon

Michael Dixon is a Managing Partner at Transformation Capital, a digital health venture capital fund based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He joined the firm in December 2019 shortly after it spun out from SVB Leerink with $313 million in assets under management across 12 portfolio companies. Prior to his current role, Dixon spent approximately a decade as an investor at Sequoia Capital, where he specialized in healthcare startups, and previously worked at Fidelity Management & Research Company. Throughout his career, he has held board seats at prominent healthcare organizations including Health Catalyst and Clover Health, while directing investments into analytics platforms like Boston Health Economics. Dixon, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College, currently focuses on funding commercial-stage digital health companies that provide analytics and digitized clinical data tools to non-hospital customers.
