Michael DeLucia

Michael DeLucia is the Sector Lead for Energy, Buildings, and Cities at Wellington Private Climate Investing, where he manages private company investments in climate technology solutions. Before joining Wellington Management in 2021, he served as a Founding Partner at Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners from 2019 to 2021 and was the Associate Director of Investments at Sidewalk Labs between 2017 and 2019. Earlier in his career, DeLucia worked as a Vice President in Energy Markets at Macquarie Group from 2014 to 2017, following earlier financial positions at Nereus Capital, HSH Nordbank, and JPMorgan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Economics from Brown University, which he earned in 2007. His current investment focus bridges venture capital, private equity, and project finance to support sustainable infrastructure innovation across the energy transition and built environment sectors.
