Michael Cohn

Michael Cohn is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Overline, an Atlanta-based venture capital firm, and is currently located in the Greater Chicago Area. Through Overline, he leads and co-leads pre-seed and seed funding rounds ranging from $250,000 to $1.5 million for early-stage startups operating across the Southeast. Prior to launching his own fund, Cohn served as a Managing Director at Techstars and held senior leadership positions at major technology corporations including IBM. His operational experience also includes executive roles at Cloud Sherpas, which was acquired by Accenture, and Optimus Solutions, which was purchased by Softchoice. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Binghamton University and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Cohn currently focuses on deploying early-stage capital as an industry-agnostic generalist investor targeting high-execution founders.
