Michael Chang

Michael Chang is the Managing Partner at Chang Ventures and currently operates out of San Francisco, California. Prior to founding his current firm in 2018, he served as a Senior Product Manager at Google, where he led a 45-person engineering team to launch three enterprise cloud applications that generated $120 million in first-year recurring revenue. He previously held the title of Vice President of Growth at Stripe, successfully scaling the payment processor's international merchant base by more than 300 percent across European and Asian markets. Chang began his career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs after completing his undergraduate and graduate studies in computer science at Stanford University. Today, his primary investment focus centers on providing early-stage capital and strategic operational guidance to founders building artificial intelligence and financial technology infrastructure.
