Michael Becker

Michael Becker is a Partner and Owner at Plexus Capital, a middle-market investment firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a co-founder and Investment Committee member, he oversees deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management for businesses generating under $150 million in annual revenue. Under his leadership, Plexus Capital recently closed two investment funds totaling over $1.3 billion in capital commitments. Before co-founding Plexus, Becker focused on business origination at Triangle Capital Partners and worked in the capital markets group at RBC Bank from 1999 to 2002. He began his career in 1997 at the healthcare investment bank Townsend Frew and Company and holds both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Becker currently focuses on structuring specialized capital solutions for lower middle-market enterprises across the United States.
