Michael Aronson is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Red & Blue Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Pennsylvania. He previously served as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of MentorTech Ventures and holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Before transitioning to venture capital, Aronson co-founded five successful software companies, including SMG, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and helped scale the simulation business to twenty-eight million dollars in revenue.
