Meryl Breidbart

Meryl Breidbart is an Associate at At One Ventures, a climate technology venture capital firm, based in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, she focuses on sourcing seed and Series A investments across the alternative protein and climate technology sectors. Prior to assuming her current position, she served as the firm's Director of Investment Operations from 2022 to 2024, and previously worked at an investment fund dedicated to computer vision startups. Before entering venture capital, Breidbart cofounded Chirps, an insect-based food company, and earned an MFA in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts. She is an active participant in industry organizations, having been featured by Work on Climate and speaking at the 2023 Energy and Clean Tech Showcase. Her career centers on scaling early-stage businesses designed to make humanity net positive to nature.
