Merrill Lutsky is the co-founder and CEO of Graphite, an AI-powered code review platform based in New York City. Under his executive leadership, the company has raised $70 million in venture capital funding and scaled its platform to support over 45,000 developers across major enterprise customers, including Shopify and Snowflake. Prior to launching Graphite in 2020, Lutsky co-founded Posmetrics, a Y Combinator-backed enterprise software startup from the Winter 2013 batch that was subsequently acquired. Following that successful exit, he held various product and engineering leadership positions at prominent technology companies, including Square and Oscar Health. He also holds a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics and economics from Harvard University. His current professional focus centers on accelerating software engineering workflows through artificial intelligence and building advanced developer tools inspired by the internal infrastructure of large-scale technology firms.
