Meredith Breach

Meredith Breach is a Principal at Energize Capital, where she focuses on climate tech and energy transition investments. In her current role, she supports the firm's Endurance strategy by managing deal flow, conducting due diligence on competitive landscapes and financials, and driving post-investment value creation. Prior to joining Energize Capital, Breach spent five years on the private equity investment team at Vista Equity Partners. During her tenure at Vista, she evaluated and executed lower-middle market, high-growth, and large-cap enterprise investments. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with high distinction in Finance and Business Communication from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, where she was a founding member of the Zell Early Stage Fund. Her professional background centers on executing complex private equity transactions and scaling high-growth companies within the sustainability and enterprise technology sectors.
