Merav Rotem Naaman

Merav Rotem Naaman is a Partner at J-Ventures based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where she focuses on seed and Series A investments in enterprise software and fintech. Before her current role, she served as an Associate at Battery Ventures and worked as a corporate lawyer specializing in technology mergers and acquisitions. She has invested in more than 15 portfolio companies, achieving notable exits through acquisitions by major technology corporations including Salesforce. In March 2025, she led a $12 million seed funding round for an artificial intelligence cybersecurity startup and recently joined the J-Ventures board. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University.
