Mengfei He

Mengfei He is the current Head of Operations at Magic Labs, based in the United States. Over an 11-year professional career, he has held various leadership roles across venture capital, financial services, insurance, and enterprise software startups. Prior to joining Magic Labs in January 2021, he served as a Limited Partner at Hyphen Capital and worked as the Vice President of Operations at Gainfully, a financial technology company that was subsequently acquired by AgentSync. Additionally, he acted as an Advisor for Karuna Health prior to its successful acquisition by Commure, and holds academic degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and the Santa Clara University School of Law. His professional background centers on scaling internal operations, navigating complex regulatory affairs, and supporting early-stage technology companies through strategic growth and acquisition phases.
