Memduh Karakullukcu

Memduh Karakullukcu is an advisor for nonprofit institution-building projects and a global trends analyst based in Istanbul, Turkey. He previously served as the Founding Managing Director of ITU ARI Science Park from 2002 to 2006, where he established a technology hub that now houses over 300 tech companies. Karakullukcu also acted as the Managing Director of Ari Teknokent A.S. and worked as a senior advisor to the President of Istanbul Technical University, focusing on biotechnology, microelectronics, and satellite communications. In 2009, he became a Founding Board Member and the Founding President of the Global Relations Forum, leading the organization until 2019 and positioning it as a partner to international think tanks. His current focus centers on the intersection of geopolitics, geoeconomics, and emerging technologies, specifically analyzing artificial intelligence regulation, digital currencies, energy, and cybersecurity.
