Melvin Hagberg

Melvin Hagberg is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Scape, a B2B productivity software startup based in San Francisco, California. He began his technology career at age 14 as a software engineer for an undisclosed European unicorn, and he subsequently built and sold custom software integrations for $150,000 during high school. Prior to his current venture, Hagberg spent two years serving as the Head of Tech for an e-commerce startup based in Stockholm. He briefly attended the Stockholm School of Economics before dropping out after three months to establish his previous company, Reworks. At Scape, which participated in a Summer 2024 accelerator cohort and operates with a team of two employees, he directs corporate strategy, operational scaling, and product execution. His professional background centers on early-stage enterprise software development, technical leadership, and scaling B2B productivity platforms.
