Melody McCloskey is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of StyleSeat and serves as a Scout at Cleo Capital, based in San Francisco, California. Since launching StyleSeat in 2011, she has successfully scaled the digital beauty and wellness marketplace to facilitate over $3 billion in booked appointments for thousands of independent professionals across the United States. Under her executive leadership, the software platform secured more than $40 million in venture funding from prominent institutional investors, including Founders Fund and Lightspeed Venture Partners. In her concurrent capacity at Cleo Capital, she collaborates with key industry figures such as Sarah Kunst, Matt Pauker, and Rachel Tipograph to identify and evaluate early stage investment opportunities.
