Melissa Ludwig

Melissa Ludwig is an Advisor at Broad Street Angels and a Senior Advisor at Salveson Stetson Group. Previously, she spent eight years as a Senior and Group Vice President at Macy’s Inc., where she managed profit and loss for regional businesses generating between $380 million and $600 million in annual revenue. During her tenure at the retail corporation from 2009 to 2017, she directed large-scale operations and led teams ranging from 1,300 to 3,000 employees. The Moravian College graduate also served as a corporate board member for CSS Industries, Inc. prior to the manufacturing company's eventual sale. Leveraging over 30 years of merchandising and operations experience, her current focus centers on conducting due diligence for early-stage angel investments and providing strategic advisory services across the retail, real estate, healthcare, medical device, and technology sectors.
