Melissa Cannon Guzy

Melissa Cannon Guzy is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arbor Ventures, a global fintech-focused venture capital firm operating across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. Prior to establishing the firm in 2012 with an initial $12 million fund, she served as Managing Director and Head of VantagePoint Asia, a $4.5 billion venture capital firm headquartered in Silicon Valley. At Arbor Ventures, which is backed by institutions including Fidelity, she has directed investments into prominent technology companies such as Grab, Tabby, and Fundbox. Guzy currently holds board positions at several portfolio companies, including Paidy and TrueAccord, alongside roles with the Hong Kong and Singapore Venture Capital Associations and Jackson Labs. Her current focus centers on advancing financial services innovation, scaling emerging market platforms, and facilitating cross-border investments between Western and Eastern markets.
