Melinda Rogers is a seasoned technology executive and the former Chief Information Officer at the United States Department of Justice. During her tenure, she oversaw a multibillion-dollar information technology investment portfolio and successfully executed the department's strategic plan for 2022 through 2024. Before assuming this executive position, she spent more than seven years serving as the Chief Information Security Officer for the department from 2010 to 2018. Prior to her government service, she held private sector leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President for fraud detection at Equifax and Assistant Vice President for real estate lending at NationsBank, now Bank of America. She began her professional career as an account manager at Procter and Gamble, earned a Master of Business Administration from Emory University, and specializes in managing large-scale cybersecurity programs and financial fraud prevention solutions.
