Mehdi Osman

Mehdi Osman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of OpenReplay, an open-source developer tooling company based in Paris, France, with additional operations in New York City and San Francisco. He established the enterprise in 2018 to provide a self-hosted session replay platform that serves as a data-secure alternative to proprietary analytics systems such as FullStory and LogRocket. Under his executive leadership, the organization has grown to a dedicated team of eleven employees and successfully secured $4.7 million in its initial venture capital funding round. Backed by the startup accelerator Y Combinator, the software is currently utilized by multiple billion-dollar corporations to capture user behavioral data while maintaining strict internal control over sensitive customer information. Osman remains focused on expanding open-source software infrastructure and advancing digital experience optimization tools for modern software engineering teams.
