Meghan Stevenson-Krausz

Meghan Stevenson-Krausz is a Director at INCA Ventures and Co-CEO of DiversityVC, currently based in Lima, Peru. Prior to relocating to South America from the United States, she spent five years working across the nonprofit and venture capital sectors in the San Francisco Bay Area. At INCA Ventures, she directs early-stage financial technology investments aimed at expanding financial inclusion for underserved populations throughout the Andean region. As Co-CEO of DiversityVC and the founder of InclusivX, she develops strategic initiatives designed to increase representation and equity within the broader venture capital industry. She also serves as a founding board member of WeInvest, which operates as the first dedicated professional community for female investors across Latin America. Her professional focus remains on bridging the gap between early-stage capital allocation and systemic diversity across the emerging Latin American technology markets.
