Megan Kelly

Megan Kelly is a Principal at Threshold Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, California. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has focused on seed and Series A investments across enterprise software, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure, deploying capital from a fund with over $3 billion in assets under management. Her active investment portfolio features prominent technology companies including Rippling and Netskope, and she recently led a new investment in an artificial intelligence infrastructure startup in 2024. Prior to her current position, Kelly served as an early-stage investor at New Enterprise Associates and held various operational roles at emerging technology startups. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University. Her current venture focus remains centered on identifying and backing founders who are building next-generation developer tools and AI-enabled enterprise platforms.
