Megan Ananian

Megan Ananian is the Director of Business Development at Bessemer Venture Partners, based in Brooklyn, New York. Previously, she served as a Partner at Great Wave Ventures, directing early-stage investments ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 across pre-seed, seed, and Series A rounds. Her venture capital experience includes investment roles at Seedinvest and launching The Helm, an angel syndicate designed for executive women. Before entering venture capital, Ananian spent six years in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities, financing over $1 billion in bonds, and held product management positions at 2U and Circle Pay. She holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina. Her current focus centers on supporting early-stage startups and emerging technologies across sectors including climate, women's healthcare, and artificial intelligence.
