McLain Southworth

McLain Southworth is a Venture Partner and Head of Strategic Relationships at Crosslink Capital, as well as the Managing Partner at Haven Ventures, based in San Francisco, California. At Crosslink Capital, an investment firm managing over $3.4 billion in assets that recently closed a $350 million fund, he advises on fintech initiatives and supports a portfolio featuring Chime. Through Haven Ventures, which he established in 2022, Southworth directs Seed and Series A investments with check sizes reaching $1 million. His operational background includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Moja Capital and acting as an early employee at Currenex prior to its 2007 acquisition by State Street Bank.
